Demps Bannerman
In 1977, Demps began selling and servicing Uninterruptible Power Systems, Line Conditioners and Liebert Air Conditioners in Memphis, TN with the late Bob Colmer of Conaway-Colmer, Inc.
In 1985, he founded Critical Power Systems, Inc. The company provides sales and service for power supplies in the states of TN, AR, AL, LA, and MS.
In the early 70’s, as a hobbyist woodworker; he took on various lines of woodworking equipment which he continues to sell today. A portion of this site is dedicated to the types of woodworking machinery we sell.
Annette Bannerman
Annette enjoys selling and servicing UPS’ as well as our lines of woodworking equipment. She is in charge of day-to-day accounting functions including payroll, payables, and preparing quotations for our customers.
Herbert Bailey
Herb enjoys traveling as well as selling and servicing our equipment in the four states surrounding MS. He is an excellent technician and is a good troubleshooter. Herb’s specialty is servicing and selling power ranging in size from 250 watts to 75kVA.
Victoria Bannerman Russ
Victoria represents Critical Power in Louisiana as a sales representative. She is a graduate of University of New Orleans. She has an extensive knowledge in all types and manufacturers of UPS equipment. She is married with two children.
