OSC cutting galvanized steel grating
Galvanized steel grating is steel bar grating made of mild carbon steel and hot-dipped in galvanized surface treatment. Mild carbon steel provides an economical, high strength for use in industrial and commercial applications. It is known for its strength and high corrosion resistance.
Cutting galvanized steel grating can be difficult, but Original Saw Company‘s Metal Cutting Radial Arm Saw eases the burden. Watch as the saw easily cuts two pieces of stacked grating. The sparks made by the cutting are a normal part of the process.
The Radial Arm Saw shown is model 3579-16L with HDPE black plastic table inserts and is equipped with a friction blade. The saw features manual clamps with a custom extrusion clamp. An electronic power crossfeed is installed on this machine and allows pushbutton operation. Mist coolant is NOT recommended.
